are able through Internet to pay for public utilities (the Head Computer Center of the Kyiv City State Administration) local and international telephone communication services (Ukrtelecom, Utel), cable TV (Information Technologies, KyivTeleService, UkrTeleBud), analog and digital TV, Internet (Volya Kabel), mobile communications (UMC) and other services timely and at any time convenient for them;
are able to receive information on drawing and paying bills on their mobile phones or e-mail and also to get the paid receipts transmitted to their e-mail.
TERMS OF USE:
1. Payment of bills is made by means of writing funds off a payment card, issued by Raiffeisen Bank Aval, and their entering on a settlement account of the company, which provides the services, during one working day.
2. No payment commission.
3. The subscriber’s fee for the service is 6.9 hryvnias per month (disregarding a sum and a number of the bills paid).
