The holders of payment cards, who pay bills for public utilities and communication services in Kyiv, are able to pay their bills monthly in an automated mode, without visiting the Bank’s offices.
With the use of this service, you can pay you bills, drawn by the Head Computer Center of the Kyiv City State Administration (public utilities, electric connection), Ukrtelecom (local communications), Utel (long-distance and international communications), Volya Kabel (analog TV), Volya Premium TV (digital TV), Information Technologies (cable TV), Volya Broadband (Internet access), KyivTeleService (cable TV), Ukrtelebud (cable TV), MTS (mobile communication services for contract subscribers) and others.
Drawing and writing off the bills from clients’ card accounts is followed by messages on their mobile phones and electronic addresses.
A client may get the receipts of paying bills in any office of Raiffeisen Bank Aval or order their transmission to his/her electronic address (such a receipt is drawn in each case of paying a bill).
To use the service of automated payment of bills, you should be once registered in any of the Bank’s offices in Kyiv.
To be connected to the service, you should:
have an opened card account and a payment card to it;
conclude an additional accord to your card agreement;
to fill in the application for connection to the service of automated bill drawing.
The documents, required for connection to the service of automated payment of bills:
your passport;
your payment card (or a number of your card agreement);
receipts of payment of public utilities and communication services.
