2. Fill in the form "For sending money", indicating in it own data (surname, name, address, phone), data of addressee (surname, name, country of receiving), amount of transfer and order for additional services (delivery of transfer, telephone or telegraphic messages, message for addressee, control question).
3. Present own passport.
4. Pay the cost of money transfer and additional services (transferring money from Ukraine to any country is made only in US dollars).
5. Inform addressee about 10-digit control number, given to you by operator after sending transfer.
How to pick up a money transfer:
1. Address to any agency of Western Union.
2. Fill in the form "For receiving money", indicating in it surname and name of sender, own data, country of receiving, amount of transfer and control number of transfer (if known).
3. Present own passport.
4. After verification of data presented — receive money in US dollars or hryvnas. Conversion of currency is made automatically at the rate acting at the moment of payment of transfer.
You can verify the status of transfer sent via the system Western Union here, if you know control number of transfer (MTCN) and name of sender or names of sender and recipient.
Transfers abroad are carried out in accordance with current legislation of Ukraine.
