The Loyalty Program for clients of Raiffeisen Bank Aval
Raiffeisen Bank Aval offers you to take use of advantages of the Loyalty Program for clients — users of the prompt money transfer systems Aval-Express and Western Union.
The Bank’s clients, who have made a money transfer via the Aval-Express system within the boundaries of Ukraine, as well as those, who have transferred or received funds through Western Union in any of above 1,400 Aval Bank branches, may become participants of the Loyalty Program.
Having joined to the Loyalty Program, you will get an Aval Loyalty Card together with a number of privileges and advantages, namely: the funds, charged for making a transfer, are accumulated on an account of your Aval Loyalty Card as bonuses. You may spend all these bonuses as you think best: to receive costly presents or advertising and souvenir products of the Bank.
The procedure of taking part in the Raiffeisen Bank’s Aval Loyalty Program:
1. When remitting a money transfer via Aval-Express or receiving or transferring funds through Western Union system, you should fill in a standard questionnaire and receive a free Aval Loyalty Card.
2. Adding of a corresponding amount of bonuses to an Aval Loyalty Card’s account is made automatically depending upon a type and a sum of a transfer, starting from the first transaction, on condition of the card being presented just before making this transaction.
3. On completion of adding bonuses to an account, a client — holder of the account is given a statement on his Aval Loyalty Card, which demonstrates a number of bonuses, added on the last transaction and a total balance of the account.
4. The accumulated bonuses are realized in accordance with a list of goods and services of a bonus equivalent, required for the client’s receiving the goods after presenting his Aval Loyalty Card, a passport and a PIN-certificate. A monetary equivalent of the bonuses is not paid out.
5. In case of a card loss, bonuses remain on an account, and the card is re-drawn on the basis of a card holder’s application.
6. A state of such an account (a number of accumulated bonuses) may be checked in the bank's round-the-clock operating Call-Center or in any bank's branch, by inquiring a corresponding statement of the account.
7. The validity period of the obtained bonuses — till 1 January 2009.
8. In the end of each calendar year, all participants of the Loyalty Program take part in a drawing of super-prizes.
9. The Bank reserves the right for changing a size of tariffs and the corresponding size of bonuses, and also a bonus equivalent of goods and services.
10. Information on any alterations in the rules of the Loyalty Program (change of tariffs, methods of bonuses addition and the like) will be placed on the Bank’s official site in Internet www.aval.ua.
