The terms of making inscribed money transfers from Russia
To remit an "Inscribed Transfer" in JSB GasPromBank (CJSC), a private individual should do as follows:
1.Residents of RF should submit a document, identifying their personality, which may be:
a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation;
a passport of a sailor, a military card;
a certificate of a discharge from the place of imprisonment;
an identity card (for generals, admirals, officers, warrant officers, Navy warrant officers and military men of an additional service);
a temporary identity card of a citizen of the Russian Federation according to the form No.2-Ï.
Non-residents of RF should submit the following documents for opening a bank account:
a diplomatic, service and common citizenship passport (official, special) with visas available in cases, foreseen by the terms of entry to the Russian Federation, and with a mark of registration in the internal affairs authorities or other authorized bodies;
a migration card.
2. To fill in a special application form for making an "Inscribed Transfer".
On condition of a natural person’s opening a bank account, a sum of inscribed money transfers is not restricted — both for residents and non-residents of RF.
Natural persons — residents of RF are also able to transfer funds to Ukraine without opening a bank account. At that, a sum of a transfer may reach no more than USD 5, 000 or an equivalent in another currency during one operation day.
A speed of remitting — on this very day. The money transfers, sent at 12.00 by Moscow time, are entered from 13.00 till 15.00 by Kyiv time; those sent in the afternoon — from 16.30 at Kyiv time.
No extra charge is levied at paying out money transfers in Raiffeisen Bank Aval.
