In accordance with the License No.AB 376755, dated 19 Oct. 2007, Raiffeisen Bank Aval has been authorized to act as a custodian.
The custodian Raiffeisen Bank Aval, is a founder and a participant of the securities depository, JSC Inter-Regional Securities Union.
As a custodian, Raiffeisen Bank Aval provides all corporate and private clients with a full package of depository services on the basis of agreements for opening and managing securities accounts:
Opening a securities account, for both corporate and state securities, deposited with a custodian.
Safeguarding of securities.
Immobilization of the client's documentary securities, for their further circulation in an electronic form.
Providing securities holders with account statements after each transaction and reports on securities turnover for any required period.
Materialization of securities for their further accountability in the Registrar's register.
Accounting the property rights for securities delegated on the client’s order.
Informing clients on all the actions of the issuer, whose securities are on the client's account, as well as on any data received from either the issuer or the registrar.
Participation in shareholders meetings on the client's authority.
Gaining income from the securities deposited with a custodian, for its further transfer to the client's accounts or its encashment.
Depository services for investment funds and companies.
Servicing assets of joint investing institutions and non-public pension funds.
Information and consulting services as regards the circulation of securities in Ukraine’s depositary system.
Raiffeisen Bank Aval conducts its custodial activities in accordance with the valid Ukrainian legislation, and the internal clauses and regulations approved by the State Securities Commission.
