Do you dream to have your own house? Within the frames of the housing lending program, you may use credit funds for its building both unaided and through building companies.
So far as credit funds are granted step-by-step (on completion of each building stage), you may reduce your interest payments, so as a loan payment is calculated only on the actually used funds.
1. A loan is given for unaided building of one’s own dwelling or for payment of its construction by building companies.
2. Loan term — from 2 to 20 years.
3. Loan currency — UAH, USD, EUR.
4. Minimum loan amount — 3,000 USD or an equivalent in another currency.
5. Borrower’s down payment — 30%.
6. Interest rate:
from 15% (in USD)
from 15% (in EUR)
from 19.95% (in UAH), depending upon a loaning term.*
7. Commission size — from 0.75% of the loan amount.
8. Security for repayment — mortgage of a land plot or another real property.
9. The subjects to be compulsorily insured on the borrower’s expense are as follows:
the mortgaged property — according to the current legislation of Ukraine;
the borrower’s life.
10. Repayment of a loan — monthly.
11. A possibility of delayed repayment of the debt’s bulk sum with obligatory payment of the accrued interests — 18 months from the date of concluding a loan agreement.
12. Early repayment of a loan is possible with no bank’s penalties applied.
* Single young people and young families are able to obtain a partial compensation of an interest rate by the Fund of Assistance to Youth Housing in the size of an NBU’s discount rate in any loan currency.
