The "Aval TeleVoice" service is available to private individuals at the following numbers:


8 800 500 50 00 (valid throughout Ukraine, free of charge)

490 88 88 (Kyiv only)

521 (for UMC mobile phone holders, free of charge)

Information sections of the service offer general and personal information

The general section includes:


commercial currency exchange rates, established by the Bank’s Head Office

NBU exchange rates

The personal information section allows you to:


find out the balance on your card account

receive a faxed card account statement on the inquiry date

Personal information is only available to those who have registered for this service. In order to register, you must receive an "Aval TeleVoice" card, which is the user ID, speak to an operator at the Call Centre, having phoned the above-mentioned numbers.
