Consolidation, forming of blocking and controlling blocks of stock

Basic terms:
1. The term of carrying out an operation — from one week, depending upon its scales.
2. Tariffs — 1-7% of the agreement’s value, depending on the volume of the operation (a more detailed information is in the website section "Securities Transactions/Rates").
3. The documents required to sign a commission agreement among a client and the Bank:
A copy of a registration certificate;
A copy of a statistics certificate;
A copy of a tax payer certificate;
Copies of the Statute documents;
A card of samples of signatures;
Documents confirming authorities of a person signing agreements and those of a leader of the enterprise.
In separate cases, the Bank may ask for an additional information (documents) about the enterprise’s activities.
