Broker’s (commission) activities of Raiffeisen Bank Aval, one of the leaders of the stock exchange of Ukraine, is aimed at rendering services of top quality on operations of buying-selling securities by proxy of clients on the primary and secondary markets.
By proxy of its clients the Bank renders the following services:
transactions with corporate bonds;
transactions with notes;
transactions with state securities;
stock exchange transactions and out of stock exchange transactions with stocks of Ukrainian issuers;
giving analytical information.
The list of documents required for signing commission agreements between the Bank and clients includes the following:
a copy of the Certificate of registration;
a copy of the Certificate of statistics;
a copy of the Certificate of a tax payer;
copies of the Statute documents;
a card of signatures samples;
documents confirming authorities of the person signing agreements and those of the leader of the enterprise.
