Basic terms:
1. The amount of the operation — is unlimited.
2. The term needed for issuance- 2-2.5 months.
3. Rates:
Preparation of documents for registration of an issuance of bonds in the State Securities and Stock Market Commission — 0.1% of the sum of the issue, but no more than UAH 40 thousand;
Placement of bonds on the primary market — from 0.5% of the value of the bonds placed, but no less than UAH 10 thousand;
Support of the liquidity of bonds placed on the secondary market — according to the tariffs of permanent service on the stock market;
Cancellation of bonds and payment of a bond yield — from 0.2% of the nominal value of the cancelled bonds;
Preparation of an investment5 memorandum — 0,1% of the amount of the issue (the VAT inclusive);
Consulting an issuer — from UAH 600 (the VAT inclusive);
Arrangement and carrying out a presentation of the issue — from UAH 2 thousand (the VAT inclusive).
