Domicilation of bills is a unique possibility to make settlements with creditors with the help of bills, for which Raiffeisen Bank Aval acts as a Payer.
Basic Terms:
1. The term of drawing an agreement — one day.
2. A commission fee — 0.5% of a nominal value of a bill, but no less than 150 hryvnias.
3. The set of documents needed:
a copy of the Statute;
a copy of the Constituent Agreement;
a copy of the Certificate of registration of a value-added tax payer;
a copy of the Certificate of inclusion to the Unified State Register;
a copy of the Certificate of state registration of a business entity;
copies of passports and identification numbers of the Director and the Chief Accountant;
a copy of the Statute;
