By collecting bills, our experts will help you to present a bill for payment properly and in time (particularly in case, when a payer is in another city); protect your rights in case of dishonor of a bill; in time address a notary to protest a bill and endorse a bill.
Basic terms:
1. The term of drawing an agreement — one day.
2. A commission fee — 0.6-1.% of the par value of a bill.
3. The list of documents required:
a copy of the Statute;
a copy of the Constituent Agreement;
a copy of the Certificate of registration of a value-added tax payer;
a copy of the Certificate of inclusion in the Unified State Register;
a copy of the Certificate of state registration of a business entity;
copies of passports and identification numbers of Director and Chief Accountant of the enterprise;
a copy of the Statute;
