Raiffeisen Bank Aval carries out transactions of guaranteeing of commercial and tax bills, which enable a delay in payment on taxes for a term, envisioned by the legislation of Ukraine.
In particular, the Bank offers guaranteeing transactions of tax bills, issued
to a VAT sum at importation of goods to the customs territory of Ukraine (in the presence of a certificate of the State Tax Service on a surplus payment of VAT, aval is provided without a collateral);
at operations with customer-furnished raw materials in foreign trade relations;
to a sum of an excise duty.
Transactions of guaranteeing of tax bills are carried out with consideration of provisions of the Law of Ukraine «On the State Budget of Ukraine 2005”, and also with the aim of creating favorable conditions of activities of the enterprises, which are engaged in operations with customer-furnished raw materials in external relations and which import goods to the customs territory of Ukraine.
Basic terms:
1. A transaction amount — is not limited.
2. A term of carrying out a transaction — from 1 to 2 days.
3. Tariffs — are established for each individual client, starting from 0.05% of the bill’s amount.
