As a custodian, Raiffeisen Bank Aval provides all legal entities and private individuals with a full complex of depository services, on the basis of agreements for opening and servicing securities accounts:
Opening a securities account, for both corporate and state securities deposited by the client, with a custodian.
Safeguarding of securities.
Immobilisation of the client's documentary securities, for their further circulation in an electronic form.
Providing securities holders with account statements after each transaction and reports on securities turnover for any period requested.
Materialisation of securities for their further accountability in the Registrar's register.
Passing of property (securities) accounting, in accordance with client instructions
Providing notification of all corporate actions by the issuer, whose securities are on the client's account to the client, as well as any information received from either the issuer or the registrar.
Participation in Shareholders Meetings on the client's authority.
Receive income from securities deposited with a custodian, for their further transfer to the client's accounts or its cash payment, dependent upon the client's requirements.
