	Opening current accounts for the establishment of authorised capital (Ltd., PC, PLC)

An account is opened on the date of document submission.

To open a current account, it is necessary to present the following documents:

Notarised founders resolution, in the form of an authorisation, on the appointment of a person authorised to sign financial documents against the account (if the founder is a private individual).

Copy of the Constitutive Agreement — notarised (if the founder is a private individual).

Application form for opening an account (archive RTF 5.7 kB), signed by the authorised person appointed by the founders.

Card with signature sample of the person authorised by the founders.

Minutes of the Founders Meeting.

The documents are submitted to the Bank by the person authorised to sign (must bring his passport and a copy of his tax identification number).
