1. Make sure of the kiosk being in operation: a trailer may be being shown on the kiosk’s display. Should the kiosk be out of operation, its display is dark.
2. To start the operation of the information kiosk, please touch the screen.
3. Choose the operating language of the information kiosk.
4. Insert your payment card at an even speed into the readout device, as it is shown on the picture on the kiosk’s display. The green light indicator on the readout device is on, please withdraw your card. In case the red light indicator is on, repeat the operation. If you have no card, please press the button «Õ» — Close.
5. Choose the required function of the information kiosk — "About bank", "Account state", "Credit repayment" èëè "Purchase of vouchers", "View of transactions".
6. Choose the menu item "About bank" to have general information on Bank Aval.
7. Choose the menu item "Account state", to get to know:
the balance of your card account;
the history of blockings of your card account;
the statement of your card account for the current or previous months or for another period, chosen on your own (the maximum period possible — 3 months).
Choose the required service. On the display you will see the inscription "Dial your PIN". Dial it, pressing the relevant keys on the keyboard below the kiosk’s display (on the screen there will appear asterisks, meaning the numerals of your PIN) and press the button "Enter".
Note: In case you want to have a statement for the period, chosen on your own, please choose the menu item "Another period". To choose the beginning of the period, point out the day and the month of the period-beginning on the calendar on the screen and press "The period-beginning". Then choose the end of the period on the calendar and press "The period-end".
After that press "Make the statement".
If you want to print-out the information on your card account’s balance, the history of the account blockings or a statement of the account, please press "Print a check" on the display of the information kiosk.
8. Choose the menu item "Credit repayment" to perform transactions to repay credits and credit interests. The inscription "Dial your PIN" will appear on the screen. Dial it, pressing in the required sequence the keys on the keyboard below the kiosk’s display (on the display there will appear asterisks meaning your PIN) and press the button "Enter". Your PIN is introduced, there will appear a list of active credits on the display with a possibility for you to choose one of them. To choose t
