Banking fee on transactions in a foreign currency shall be charged in the currency of transaction at NBU cross rate as of the transaction date.
Rates from the tariff list shall be applicable only to transactions made within the established good banking practice. JSPPB Aval reserves the right to charge special and additional banking fees for any non-standard transactions, requiring additional costs and/or when extraordinary circumstances arise.
List of tariffs may be changed, supplemented or cancelled with the notification of a relevant correspondent bank five working days before said changes come into force.
If an amount erroneously transferred to a correspondent account of JSPPB Aval is returned, a commission fee amounting to US$ 30.00 (or its equivalent in any other currency at cross-rate of NBU) shall be charged.
Any banking fee for transactions shall be charged by JSPPB Aval in the course of the transaction.
Interests on average monthly balances on correspondent accounts shall be fixed by the Committee on Interbank Risk Management and shall be notified by a separate letter.
