Raiffeisen Bank Aval offers Ukrainian banks a cooperation in the sphere of prompt money transfers via the system Aval-Express.
The system Aval-Express is the Bank’s own system of prompt money transfers all around Ukraine without opening an account in the national or foreign currency, which was put into running in 2001.
The system combines reliability of the Bank, high banking technologies and a high velocity of making transactions — payment of a money transfer to a remittee is already possible in 15 minutes after its remitting.
One can remit and receive money in any region of Ukraine, owing to a ramified network of Aval-Express agencies, which now numbers 1,263 branches.
At the same time, Aval Bank continues to connect the rest of its branches, the total number of which is about 1,400, to the system.
Services of the Aval-Express system are of a great demand of the population — since the beginning of the system’s operation, they have been used by more than 3 million persons.
We propose Ukrainian banks to conclude an agent agreement on customer service on the following conditions:
An agent makes remitting and payment of money transfers throughout Ukraine, using the system of prompt money transfers Aval-Express;
Aval Bank makes settlements with an agent the next banking day after payment of a money transfer and it daily sends files of details on funds entered on each money transfer by e-mail;
Presenting of reports on money remittances made is not required , as we have the data base on money transfers made both by Raiffeisen Bank Aval, and its agents.
Raiffeisen Bank Aval undertakes to carry out the following actions free of charge:
Training of the agent’s personnel, who will directly serve customers via the system Aval-Express;
Provision with forms for remitting and payment of money transfers, with instructive, reference and methodical materials;
Advertising actions for promotion of the Aval-Express service in the Ukrainian market;
Giving an agent advertising products within the framework of advertising actions;
Giving means of control over money transfers made within subdivisions of an agent;
Consulting support to an agent concerning technical matters of servicing clients, as well as other conflict provoking or moot points (through the Call-Center operating 24 hours a day free of charge, inclusive).
Our Bank will also aid an agent to make all formalities needed to open Aval-Express agencies.
