Question: What can be done if user of the service M-banking forgot his or her password?
Answer: The client can ask for another sending of password to the mobile phone having called to the Centre of Information Support. Besides M-banking service allow to change password if necessary.

Question: Is it possible to use card AvalTeleVoice for obtaining information about multicurrency account?
Answer: For today using one registered card AvalTeleVoice you can obtain information only for one card account; for obtaining information about multicurrency account one must activate several cards for all accounts separately. But in future it is supposed to use one card AvalTeleVoice for obtaining information about state of accounts in different currencies.
