Question: At superposing your signature (synchronization) via the PC-banking system, there appear an inscription "Error of reading the depository with CP keys".
Answer: à) At superposition of your signature (synchronization) via the PC-banking system with the help of the key "Choice" or "Choose", please show a full path to the depository (file) with keys, input a password for the key and make another attempt of signing (synchronization);

á) fully close the window of PC-banking, start it again and repeat your attempt of signing (synchronization);

â) make sure of the fact that the carrier with keys (a diskette, a compact-disc and the like) or a reading device (a disc drive) is not out of order.

Question: Why are the statements for the required period (a payment order) printed not in full (incorrect)?
Answer: You should re-install Java Runtime Environment, which distributive can be found on the site: https://ibank.aval.ua.

Question: I have signed a set of documents with the Bank for settlement service via communication channels. Which are my further actions?
Answer: You should fulfill a registration procedure on the site https://ibank.aval.ua in the section "Previous registration" — A new client — and fill in the certificate got as a result of this procedure, make it certified by an operator and submit it for registration at the address as follows: 8 Leskov St., 2nd floor. In case of availability in the card of signature samples of more than one person, it is necessary to generate additional keys for the rest of persons, mentioned in the card of signature samples on the site https://ibank.aval.ua in the section "previous registration" — New keys and to make the certificates certified by an operator and to submit at the same address. After that, the keys generated by a client, will be activated in accordance with the information given in the certificates, and a client will be authorized to use the system "Internet-banking" with the help of the abovementioned keys.

Question: There will be an operation system re-installed in my computer. Will the system "Client-Bank" operate?
Answer: Yes, the system will operate in case of availability of Internet connection or a remote connection through a modem and the pre-installed Java Runtime Environment, which distributive can be found on the site https://ibank.aval.ua.

Question: My Internet connection provides no possibility of an effective work with Internet-banking. Is there any alternative to my connection?
Answer: Yes, there is. To take use of it, you should create a remote connection via a modem, while pointing out the following data:

User's name = aval

A password= bank

Question: I use PC-banking, but I have a shortage of documents in the statements for a definite date. What can I do to solve the problem?
Answer: Please fulfill synchronization, while pointing out the date of your shortage of documents in the field "Obtaining statements of…".

Question: Why there is a regular deadlock of the program of PC-banking after synchronization or at an active use of different menus?
Answer: The problem is most probably connected with failures in the installed option of Java Runtime Environment, it is solved by its re-installation. A distributive can be obtained on the site https://ibank.aval.ua

Question: At synchronization, there appear a message on errors in connection to the bank’s server. What is the problem? Or in the process of synchronization, there appear a message about an error "…connectiontimeout…".
Answer: The communication channel, used for synchronization (Internet via a dedicated line or connection by a call), makes it impossible to connect to the Bank's server. To remove the problem, you should revise a capacity of the communication channel, while turning to a provider or an administrator, who are responsible for its functionality.

Question: At loading of the system "Client-Bank" there appears a message about the expiry term of the keys EDS.
Answer: After loading of the "Registrator" in the site https://ibank.aval.ua with the help of the reference "Prior registration of a client" you should choose "New keys" and to generate new keys for each person who has an EDS key. After that you should print the certificates of the EDS keys, fill them, certify them with a signature and stamp of your manager and to transmit to an operator.

Question: While entering the system of synchronization, I have a message "Toward the end of the validity period of your key, NN days left". What shall I do to cancel it and to go on operating?

à) while operating via Internet-banking:


1. Enter the address https://ibank.aval.ua

2. In the list on the left of the page, press the reference "Previous registration". It will resulted in loading of "Registrar" for 0.5-3 minutes. If the window of "Registrar" does not appear, enter the Main Menu, the item "Service"-"Properties of an Observer" -a mark "General"- a button "Adjustments" — a button "Looking through Objects". In the appeared window, remove the mark "Aval Registry". Close the browser, repeat the action from the item 1.

3. Press "Further".

4. If you use a proxy server, while operating with the internet-banking system, tick off and enter an address and a port of the proxy server. Otherwise, don’t indicate anything. Press "Further".

5Step 1 out of 5. Move your mouse within the window "Registrar" until a rectangle is filled, and a button "Further" is accessible. Press "Further".

6Step 2 out of 5. Insert a new clean diskette into a disk drive. Press "Choose", indicate the path to the disc A, in the field "File’s Name" enter the name of a file for a key (in case, if you save a new key on an OLD diskette, a file’s name should not coincide with the former file’s name. Press "Open".

7Step 3 out of 5. In the field "Key’s Name", enter a name of the key, which will be depicted at entering the system (e.g., "Petrov A.V.", "Director", "The 1st signature" and so on). In the fields "Password" and "Password Once Again", enter a password, which you will use, while entering the system, consisting of no less than 6 symbols (letters or figures), write it down or memorize it well. Passwords in both fields should coincide, otherwise, "Registrar" will not permit to continue a registration procedure. Press "Further".

8Step 4 out of 5. To check the password in the field "Password", enter the same password, as the one in the previous step. Press "Further".

9Step 5 out of 5. Press "Further". In the appeared printing dialogue point "2 copies" and press "OK".

10. Fill in the printed certificate (point out passport data and a sample of a signature of a key holder in the item 8; the right for signature — first, second signatures, with no signature — in the graph "A Group of Signatures"; the signature of the first person of an enterprise and a stamp below the certificate).

If there are several keys, make the actions, described in items 1-11.

Then, the given certificate should be certified by an operating officer and passed over to the address: Kyiv, 8 Leskov St., second floor.

 á) while operating via PC-banking:


1. Enter the PC-banking system. In the Main Menu, enter the item "Adjustments"- "UCP New Keys".

2. A window "AWP Registrar". Press "Further".

3Step 1 out of 6. Move the mouse marker within the window "Registrar" until a rectangle is filled and the button "Further" is accessible. Press "Further".

4Step 2 out of 6. In the fields "Password" and "Password Once Again", enter a password, which will be used at entering the system, consisting of no less than 6 symbols (letters or figures), write it down or memorize well. The passwords in both fields should coincide, otherwise, "Registrar" will not permit to continue a registration procedure. Press "Further".

5Step 3 out of 6. This step envisions carrying out of connection with the bank and sending the registration data, that is why, in case of using a telephone line for connection, make sure that it is not busy, and also in readiness of a modem. Press "Further" to make connection possible.

6Step 4 out of 6. Insert a new clean diskette into a disc drive. Press "Choose", point out a path to the disc A, in the field "File’s Name" enter the name of a file for a key (in case, you save a new key on the OLD diskette, the file’s name should not coincide with the former name of the file). Press "Open".

7Step 5 out of 6. In the field " Key’s Name", enter a name of the key, which will be depicted at entering the system (e.g. "Petrov A.V.", "Director", "1st Signature" and so on). Press "Further".

8Step 6 out of 6. Press "Further". In the appeared printing dialogue, point out "2 copies" and press "OK".

9. Fill in the printed certificate (point out passport data and a sample of a signature of a key holder in the item 8; the right for a signature — first, second, without any signature — in the graph "A Group of Signatures"; a signature of the first person of an enterprise and a stamp below the certificate).

If there are several keys, make the actions described in the items 1-9.

Then the given certificate should be certified by an operating officer and passed over to the address: Kyiv, 8 Leskov St., second floor.
