Graduated from the Vienna University, Legal Department.
Joined Raiffeisen Group in 1989. In January 1990, became the first RZB representative in Moscow.
Later A. Witte participated in the foundation of Raiffeisenbank in Bulgaria, heading the Loan Department since September 1994. Since 1996, had worked in the Credit Risk Department for the Raiffeisen network banks in Central and East Europe (RZB, Vienna) and headed the department in September 1999.
From May 2001 till May 2002, had been at the head of the representative office of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in Armenia.
On coming back to Raiffeisen Group, since July 2002 had managed the Risk Management Department in Raiffeisenbank in Serbia and Montenegro.
In October 2005, appointed Head of the Risk Management Department in Raiffeisen Bank Aval.
Since September 2007, has occupied the post of Deputy Chairman of the Board of Raiffeisen Bank Aval, responsible for the bank’s risk management.
