Since September 2007, appointed Deputy Chairman of the Board, responsible for the retail business development and service of SME customers.
Before joining Raiffeisen Bank Aval, he had worked at Raiffeisen International in Vienna (Austria) for two years as Head of SME Risk for the 15 Raiffeisen International Network Banks.
Prior to working in Raiffeisen International, Mr. Kossmann worked at Raiffeisen Bank Poland, being in charge of SME crediting. Many years of banking experience in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Moldova, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia.
